Meeting Preview - 4th September 30 Aug 2005

Cornwall Solo Grass Track Club hold the 6th round of the club championship on Sunday (4th September) at St Erme, Near Trispen.

In the Solo's, close action is expected between Adrian Rowe, Kevin Williams and Wayne Barrett in the 500cc, Experts and Open classes. Paul Bray should claim the Restricted Licence Holders and Invitation classes with one round left to go. Lady Rider Jessie Lamb returns to Cornwall after enjoying her last visit when she claimed some of her best results of the season.

The sidecar classes promise close action with a full entry of 12 outfits.

In the Youths Bill Gribble will be seeking to continue his unbeaten run in both the Auto Cadets and Cadets classes although Nathan Stoneman is getting closer in the Cadets with every race. The Inters should again provide a series of very close races in which any one of the 5 riders number of riders could feature at the top of the score chart.

The venue will be signposted from the A30 Carland Cross Roundabout. Admission is £5 for Adults, £3 for Senior Citizens and Children Under 14 Free. Racing starts at 1pm and refreshments will be available on site during the day.
